Since the last report the Regional group had its Christmas meal at the last meeting of the year. There was a collection of the regular attendees to have a meal in the restaurant .As expected the meal was to its usual high standard with a number of the party following on with a dessert from the large selection available.

The next meeting, being just after the New Year, was poorly attended but to be honest this was half expected with the way the date fell.

Please be aware however its not compulsory [although nice [] to turn up in your Quantum.

The meetings for the summer are held on the first Monday of the month as follows

May 5th [Stoneleigh]

July 7th

August 4th

September 1st

We then go to six-weekly through the winter as follows

October 13th

November 24th [Christmas meal]

January 5th 2009

Please make a note of these dates in your diary now and try and attend at least one meeting this year. At the very least it gives your Q a run out, you get an excellent meal [if you want it] and enjoy the company of the other quantum members.

We can also incorporate any special requests from local members. It is after all your club.
