Completed
Nose Cone
Eddie
Ruskin has has completed his redesign of the Saloon nose cone
as shown right. He is able to supply these to any member,
so if you are interested get in touch with Eddie.
Not content with updating the Saloon he is now working to
modernise the 2+2 bonnet too - watch this space for further
news.
No
More South West Meetings
It
is a very sad occasion to hear the Eddie Ruskin has decided
that it is no longer worth holding the regular meetings for
the South West area. Eddie remains a keen owner and
is proud of the Quantum marque, but for reasons outlined in
a letter
to the webmaster, has decided that the last meeting held,
will be the last ever.
All is not lost, however. If you feel that this group
could be resurrected please contact a committee member with
your ideas.
Successful
Irish Tour
4
Quantums, were part of the recent successful tour or Ireland
organised by the Irish
Kit Car Club. The tour was used to help publicise the
forth coming Irish
Kit and Custom Show 27th August 2006. Members from the
Quantum Owners Club would be welcomed at the show. This could
be a great event for members in Northern Ireland to attend.
2 Xtremes, a 2+2 and an H4 were part of a large group of kit
cars that completed the tour.
New
Committee Members
Stoneleigh

that the new Chairman is Paul Heaton and the Secretary is
Ian Cummings. Congratulations to them both and a big thank
you to the out going committee members. You can read a brief
show report, with photos in the members
only area.

County SHowground has been cancelled. This means that the
Detling show at the Kent County Showground will now be the

All
members of the club SmartGroup should note that emails from
SmartGroups are running very slowly at the moment. There appears
to be several days delay in receiving emails, but they are
appearing on the website relatively quickly. This problems
in not solely related to our group, but is a general problem.
As of 13/01/2006 the SmartGroups technical support have been
emailed and any updates will be posted here.
